Dwayne’s & Rafter G Fresh Gourmet Jerky has several options to offer in the world of Small Batch Gourmet, True Artisan Beef Jerky. You will not find this quality of jerky at your local convenience or big box stores. With over 60 natural, shelf stable jerky flavors. We offer everything from traditional, sweet, spicy, hot, extremely hot, sugar free, and gluten free. We like to think there is a flavor for every unique individual. All our Beef Jerky is a full muscle cut. We do not compress meat parts and pieces to make our Jerky.
We understand that Jerky Lovers are very health conscience. So, no matter what flavors you choose they will all be very high in protein and bursting with flavor. Every individual Jerky recipe has been a painstakingly developed. Our Beef Jerky line-up also includes Wagyu Beef, Tri-Tip and Beef Brisket. Oh, did we mention our exotic Jerky line-up. We try to keep a dozen or so flavors in stock including Elk, Wild Boar, Kangaroo, Camel, Shark, Venison, Gator, Buffalo, Duck and the list goes on and on.

Our Story
Jeff & Penni Goodman met in 1999 and were married in 2000. Shortly thereafter we started our company Rafter G Enterprise.
The Rafter G is our registered livestock brand in AZ and NM. Over the last 23 years we have embarked on several business ventures continuing to grow the Rafter G Brand. We have owned and operated working cattle ranches in both Arizona and New Mexico. In 2017 we built and opened the Rafter G Steak House in Bowie AZ. A few short years later we purchased Dwayne’s Fresh Jerky and Mountain View RV Park and opened the World-Famous Rafter G Jerky and More Store on Allen Street in Historic Tombstone AZ, known as “The Town to Tough to Die”.
Our stores are in high traffic travel and tourisms destinations. We pride ourselves on not being anything like a standard convenience store. This is so noticeable when customers step in, look around and get a big smile on their face.
In 2019 we introduced Miss Penni’s Incredible Pecan Pies to our lineup. These pies are really something special. We stick to the old family recipe and our pecans are 100% fresh and locally grown. We sell thousands of our Pecan pies every year and sales continue to grow at an exceptional rate.
